Jason is a Husband, Father, Pastor, Leadership Coach and Professional Speaker. 

Prior to starting his coaching practice, Jason spent years as an Entrepreneur, Organizational Management Expert and Human Resources Leader. He is the founder of 5 businesses, a nonprofit organization, been elected to public office as a City Councilman and is an Ordained Pastor. Jason has also worked in senior leadership at some of the largest churches in America, varying in size from 10,000 to in excess of 15,000 members.

Jason is a Certified life Coach, holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Leadership and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. 

 

Jason specializes in: Life, Career, Business and Group Coaching. He is also gifted in Diversity Training and Organizational Management. His experiences have allowed him to provide Coaching and Training all across the country, including on the Navajo Indian Reservation. 

Currently, Jason holds two additional prominent positions with different organizations. He is the Lead Pastor and Church Planter of Free City Church. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Executive Pastor Solutions.

Chief Operating Officer

CALVARY

Responsible for the overall organizational leadership and property management of 3 continuing care communities and 1 counseling center totaling 70 acres. ​Provided executive level leadership for Calvary. Was responsible for all Operations, Human Resources, Finances, Information Technology, Diversity and Inclusion and Strategy.

Accomplishments:​

  • Secured over $1.5 million dollars in 6 months for organizational projects

  • Oversaw multiple construction projects, including the expansion of our Long Term Care Senior Facility

  • Maximized profitability through cost analysis, measuring KPI’s, employee and resident ratios, and next level hospitality.

  • Realigned each branch corporation to match the mission and vision of the parent company.

  • Coached each General Manager to develop proper goals and objectives that would refocus the corporations back to the vision and values of the parent company.

  • Consolidated Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Legal Counsel to better serve all properties.

  • Responsible for creating, leading, and executing a new event resulting in the single largest number of Baptisms in a single day, then in any single year, in the entire 110 year history of the church.

  • Created and implemented an anti-racism campaign to create awareness and fight systemic racism in both our organization and in our community.

  • Created and led the successful redesign of the Welcome Center.

Provide Human Resources Leadership and Direction for Mars Hill’s 16 locations across 5 states. Reporting to the CFO, responsible for strategic and tactical HR initiatives, HR Policy, Safety and Compliance and direction for 16 locations. Provide oversight for all HR processes including: Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Strategic Planning, Training, and Employee Relations.

  • 30 percent cost saving through streamlining HR processes and restructuring HR operation

  • Realigned employment matrix for a potential cost reduction of 4.2 Million due to redundancies.

Medical Research Project Coordinator

UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS HEALTH CENTER

Lead project coordinator charged with organizational development for the local level of the largest and most comprehensive long-term study of children’s health ever conducted in the U.S. under the direction of the National Institutes of Health. Coordinates the engagement and enrollment of 1000+ patient participants into the National Children’s Study over the next four to five years.
